How to setup SASS and auto browser refresh? Is there a gulp system?

I just purchase your theme. But it is very confusing how to work with SASS workflow. So I want to find out which folder I should create my customized sass file to over-write all the other theme style. Also, where is the style guide file (like changing global color theme like in Angular Material). There is nothing mention in the docs regarding SASS.

Also, how to build process work? Is there gulp there I can do npm install and gulp server to pop up browser sync? Is there a build flow there in place?

Hello,

We Really Apologize about the Inconveniences caused! Currently the SASS Files have been provided only to be compiled using Ruby and Gulp is not supported at the moment. You can change the Global Variables in the sass/variables.scss File.
