Everything displayed on the Live Previews are included with the Downloaded Package. All the Pre-Defined Templates mentioned and previewed online are available to be downloaded from here: https://themeforest.net/downloads . Unfortunately, we currently do not process Refunds for Purchases that have been already Downloaded since this is a Digital Product. Please make sure that you specifically mention the issues you are facing so that we can assist you further We Appreciate your Co-Operation & Valuable Patience.
