How to reduce js file size?

Hi there, we love this theme. Only issue is large file of functions.bundle.js and plugins.min.js. We are only using these features across our pages

• Modal
• t-rotate
• accordion
• pricing-tenure-switcher in pricing table
• list group tabs

We need js for these functions/plugins only. What to do?
