I need to create a product category tab block like the attached image.
When clicking on the product categories on the tab, the products will be displayed and the button shows all products.

This is Definitely Possible. You can consider using something like this: https://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/shop-filter.html . You can find the code in the shop-filter.html File within the Package/HTML Folder.

Unfortunately, there is no backend for the Shop since Canvas is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template and you will need to Edit the Products manually using HTML in a Text Editor like Sublime Text or equivalent.
