How to integrate other jQuery plugins

I've tried integrating jquery.validate or bs select.min.js plugins but it doesn't work. How can I integrate them?

i had an unlicensed canvas template with Bootstrap v4.1.1 and jQuery v3.5.1 . my plugins: jQuery Validation Plugin v1.19.3 and ! Select2 4.1.0 rc.0 worked very well . when i bought the canvas 7 license these plugins didn't work . i tried the last of these plugins quoted below, but no results
