I have downloaded this theme and I got a zip file but it's not uploading on my WordPress it's stuck on WordPress installation screen @ 0%

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
