I want to use the restaurant template, let's see -> http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/demo-restaurant.html
I don't find correct files / folders in 'Package-HTML' to create my own 'restaurant website'.
PS : (! I want to use only the needed files !)

You can check out complete instructions in the Documentation > Start > Niche Demos Section.
If you are using the Restaurant Niche Demo, they run on the native style.css and css/js Files and can be found in the Package/HTML Folder with the name: demo-restaurant.html Template.
These are the following Folders/Files you will need for the Restaurant Niche Templates:
css/ Folder
images/ Folder (However, you can delete the Images inside this Folder according to your Preference, but don’t delete the images/icons/ Folder)
include/ Folder
js/ Folder
demos/restaurant Folder
style.css File
demo-restaurant.html File
You can simply delete the other files depending on what you want to use.
