Based on the Screenshots you have provided, it appears that the Files have been uploaded to the wrong directory and not the Public Directory (usually public_html) which is why there is an error. We recommend contacting your Web Hosting Providers for this issue, asking them to provide you with instructions to upload the Files in the correct directory as this is not an issue with the Files. This issue will then be automatically resolved. For any other issues you are facing with Canvas, we are more than happy to help you out with them.
