Hello,
Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template (as the Title of the Item says) so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
You will need to edit the HTML Files manually with some knowledge of HTML/CSS according to your needs in a Text Editor like Sublime Text/VS Code and upload it to your Servers using FTP.
