How to get full niche templates?

I'd like to use Medical temple which is available on themes.semicolonweb.com as a full template with all the pages.
But I cannot find the same full template on downloaded package. There's only demo-medical.html. It is the same home page template as shown on website demo. But links not working other pages are not available.
Also looked up "demos" folder, there's "medical" folder but inside it only css, webfont files, single php file, but no other template files.
How can I get those template files?

Thank you.
