How to dynamically add items () in Portfolio from php and mysql

Question

I want to dynamically load and add items to portfolio from php json data which I fetch from mysql query. How to do that?? Thanks

The Portfolio Blocks and its Items are provided only for Design/Templating Purposes and any further customization or feature/functionality enhancements is your responsibility as we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy .
