I am not able to see it in my Download page of themesforest.
I got an email saying that I can download the latest version there.
Kindly help with this regard.
How to download Canvas latest version ? Version 6.5?

The ThemeForest's Downloads Page: https://themeforest.net/downloads always has the Latest Version. Simply download the Package from this Page and you will get the Latest Version of Canvas.

It would be helpful to have the version number in the Zip file that gets downloaded.
Because to find the version, one has to open the changelog html file, which takes to the version number. Which is not very straight forward way of knowing the Canvas version that we have downloaded.
Or if the version can be found out in some other easier way that would also suffice.

Apologies for the Inconveniences caused!
You can check the Latest Version of Canvas mentioned in the style.css File. Unfortunately, the File structure is controlled by ThemeForest but we will definitely consider making the Main Folder renamed with the Version Number.
