How to change page background color

Hello,

I'm trying to change the page background but it is not working

here is the code I'm usign

<body class="stretched" style="background-color: #f5f7f8!important;"

Hello,

Simply consider using the following code: 

#wrapper { background-color: #HEX; }

Change the #HEX with your Color Code.
