How to add E-com functionality to theme?

how do you add the back end functionality to the static html, or what would be a preferred route for me to take based on how the template was designed?

The eCommerce Templates are provided only for Templating Purposes as you have mentioned, however, we currently do not provide guides on implementing the eCommerce Functionality. You will need to Hire a Freelancer to do this for you or do it manually by following the tutorials online.
