Unfortunately, CSS Background Images do not really support Alt Texts. However, you can consider checking out this Solution: http://www.davidmacd.com/blog/alternate-text-for-css-background-images.html . Meanwhile, you will need to make these Customizations yourself as we currently do not Support Customizations according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy .
