Hello,
The Purchase Code you are referring to is for WordPress and not the HTML Version. Since the Revolution Slider is included as a Bundled Plugin, you do not need a License Code. The Slider is activated by default and you can create your own custom sliders. However, to access the Template Library, you will need to Purchase the License directly from the Plugin Author.
