Please could you help me in order to speed up the site, identifying and eliminating all the components it necessary to the page I've created?

I've already followed all your suggestions in the canvas doc.

But Here in Italy we have still slow connections, so my one-page site is extremely slow

Please consider using the JS Package Generator: http://support.semicolonweb.com/js-package-generator/ to choose the Plugins you would to include for your Website.
