How do you use the Niche Templates?

I have tried everything to get the Construction niche theme to work without any success whatsoever. I have never seen such a convoluted structure on a website before.

• The "home page" is Package-HTML/HTML/demo-construction.html

• All sub-pages are Package-HTML/HTML/demos/construction/services.html, for example

• To get the site to "work" you have to maintain TWO sets of everything - CSS, Javascript, Images, etc.

• If you try moving the demos/construction/services.html page up to the root level so it would be Package-HTML/HTML/services.html the page won't even load. It's entirely broken.

NONE of the niche themes are covered in the Documentation so I have no idea how to fix this. It is horrible.

Please advise.
