how do i add subject to email in form

Question

I have created a small online form here:

i dont have the subject as a field - i want subject to always be same 'Online service request'

how do I do this in the form code?

Hello,

This is Definitely Possible! Simply add the following line of code inside the <form> Tags:

<input type="hidden" name="subject" value="Online service request">

This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!
