How can I make the "Subscription" and "Send Us an Email" widgets work?

I'm working on the "coming soon 3.html" file. What do I have to do to make the "Subscription" and "Send Us an Email" widgets work?

The Subscriptions and Send us an Email Widgets are already workable:

For the Subscriptions, simply open the include/subscribe.php File and add your MailChimp API Key and List ID. More Setup details can be found in the Subscriptions Documentation: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/widgets/subscription/ .
For the Send us an Email Form, simply open the include/form.php File and add your Email Address(es). More Setup details can be found in the Forms Documentation: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/ .
