Hello,
Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress. Also, WordPress Themes are not available for $9.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
