Theme Missing style.css Error. I keep getting this error, there is no method I have not tried. I suspect my file is corrupt. please I need urgent help. I want you to upload a theme to wordpress with cpanel. it does not work. uploading through wordpress is not working either

Apologies for the Inconveniences caused but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template (as the Title of the Item says) so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category and are priced way more than $16.
