How can i add the custom cursor "block-misc-cursor.html" to my site

Hi, How do I add the custom cursor for a site I'm building using the "demo photographer.htm" I would like it across the whole site I'm building, please?

Hello,

To add the Cursor to your Website from this Block Template, you will need to:

Copy/Paste the Custom CSS Codes used in the Document `` and paste it to your css/custom.css File.
Copy/Paste the Custom JS Codes used at the bottom after the js/functions.js JS File Linking to your Page in the same location as the Default Template.
Then add the .block-misc-cursor Class to the tag and the following HTML Code just after the tag:
[ch_pre]
[/ch_pre]
