Hosting theme.. not loading. Missing jquery.hotspot.js

Hi,

I've been trying to use the hosting theme demo as a starting point but no matter what I do I cannot get it to load up. Even if I transfer every file in the package it still doesn't load. It does load locally on the PC but not when uploaded to the server. I have double checked that all files are there and are the same size. The page loading dots (animation) just sits there. In chrome the console says jquery.hotspot.js not found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
