We have just checked this out and confirm that the Links to download the Revolution Slider Visual Editor appears to be working perfectly fine for us. We have added a Video here for confirmation.

Excuse me, but this is not true in my side. I know what I am doing, so please check why your link is not working, here is my video.

Hello,

You will need to be Logged In to Google in order to Download the Files securely. It is Google who is restricting this for you. Please consider logging in to your Google Account and then download this as currently this is the only secure way to download the Revolution Slider Visual Editor.

None of the Users have reported this issue as of yet as everyone might have Downloaded the Files using their Google Account. This is why we were unaware of this issue. Apologies for the Inconveniences regarding this.
