Are all demo images included in the purchased licence like the hero images? And is it leagal to modify thme and used them for commerical websites?

Yes. Demo Images and Graphics included in the Package can be used since they are Free to use. Do consider providing Credits to the Websites as we have in the Documentation > Credits Section.

Thank you for your response. I'm looking specifically for the image: "demos/app-landing/images/hero/hero.jpg". Can't find this on the websites from the credits page. Can you please tell me where do you get it from?

Credits are provided for the Website from where the Images have been used. This Particular Image has been used from Unsplash. You can consider finding the Image from here: https://unsplash.com/s/photos/mobile-phone .
