Currently the header with the logo and navigation resizes a bit when the user scrolls down. I believe the id of the element is "header-wrap".
Is there a way to disable this resize and have the navigation be a fixed height, preferably the smaller height.

This is Definitely Possible. Simply add the .header-size-sm Class to the #header DIV. More Documentation related to this can be found here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/header/header-heights/ .
