Hello!

I just created a new site. What I have implemented displays perfectly on the computer. But when I load the page on a mobile device, the header is displaying incorrectly. The logo has disappeared, and the icon that is supposed to expand the menu is an X.

Please look at http://www.ncwpac.org to see.

Thank you for your help and time,
T

Hello,

We have just checked out your Website and the issues are:

  1. The Retina Logo is missing which causes the Logo to hide on Mobile Devices that have Retina Screens. Make sure that you use the Default Codes from Default Templates including the Retina Logo. Also consider checking out the Documentation > Start > Logo Settings Section for Complete Setup Details.

  2. The Font Icon files are missing from your Server: http://www.ncwpac.org/Content/fonts/font-icons.woff and http://www.ncwpac.org/Content/fonts/font-icons.ttf . Make sure these files are appropriately uploaded to your Servers to avoid any unexpected issues.

This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
