How can I do that?

Consider checking out this Template: https://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/index-shop.html . The Language Dropdown is added to the Top Bar in this Template along with some other extras. If you are looking to add the Language Dropdown directly in the Primary Menu, consider using the Template attached to this reply.
