Hello, I'm trying to use this CSS
#header.sticky-header #header-wrap { background-color: #00214B; }
#header.sticky-header #primary-menu > ul > li > a { color: #000; }
TO change header background color to NAVY BLUE when Scroll the page, but still White.
Cloud you please help to fix this?

We have tried using the exact codes you have provided us with above and everything appears to be working fine for us and the Header turns Navy Blue on scroll.
