I wanted to follow up on the status of my GitHub repository access, as I have yet to receive it. Could you kindly check and let me know if there's any issue from my end causing this delay? Alternatively, might there be a delay on your part?

We have already tried adding your Account to our Repository on the day you updated your profile but the Username you have provided is not a User Account but an Organization Account which cannot be added to Repositories. Only Individual Accounts can be added to Github Repositories. Simply Update the Username in your Support Profile and your Username will be added to the Repository in the next auto-cycle.
