In Google Search Console I keep getting this "General HTTP error" and "Sitemap could not be read" when I submit my sitemap.txt file for google search indexing.
Google wont index site

It looks like I fixed my own problem by adding a robots.txt file to my site that would allow googlebot to crawl it.
I wonder why this was necessary for this particular theme?
