Google Core Web Vital - do you offer optimisation service

Question

Hi guys, I am enquiring to see if you offer optimisation services (where I can hire you) at all to help with Google Page Speed? I thought given it's your theme, you would know best how to speed things up. I have been facing issues with a competitor complaining to my client that the site is too slow. To be honest, it's not that bad, I have done some optimising, a lot of images are webp format now, however in my audit with Semrush, there are some issues with

Eliminate render-blocking resources
Remove Unused JavaScript
