Fullwidth not working correctly for small screens

Hello,
I tried to set the sliders to fullwidth or full screen it works fine for large screens (laptop), however it doesn't work for small screens (phones). Both video and images have the same problem. Text also faces the same problem. Scaling down the browser window the text will get smaller and fit on screen. However for phones the text cut off.
I tried for the video setting width and height however doesn't change anything.

data-videoheight="auto"

How should I proceed?

when the height is smaller It is correctly displaying fullwidth/fullscreen. not sure how I can keep it for long screens
