Trying to mark one of my forum posts as 'not resolved' and it's not working. Any ideas?

This seemed to just have a bit of a delay? Anyway it worked after several tries so ok I guess.

Still having issues with the same thing. Cache cleared, used another browser. Still says resolved and I can't change it so it sticks.
