Formulario con lista desplegable y aceptación de politicas de privacidad

Hola, buenos días. Quisiera saber: ¿Cómo ingresar un campo en el formulario con lista desplegable "select" y un "checkbox" para aceptación de políticas de privacidad, donde encuentro estas opciones en el canvas?

Hello,

You can add any Form Field to the Form and you just need to add your HTML Codes. Everything else will processed automatically. You can find more setup instructions in the Documentation > Forms Section.

For Select Boxes, use:

and for checkboxes, use:


&#x9;
&#x9;
&#x9;&#x9;Default checkbox
&#x9;

Additionally, make sure that the Input's name Attribute matches with other fields in the Form as described in the Documentation > Forms Section. For more Form Inputs, check: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.4/components/forms/ .
