Forms not working. (Urgent)

Question

I have 2 forms on site, they don't seems to be working. Urgent please. http://www.naplesmedicalimaging.com/contact.html http://www.naplesmedicalimaging.com/plink.html I tested all these forms on a development location before under different domain before launch. That was working. Seems like something to do with the live server. All forms not working. The booking form had a quick error message show on the right for a sec, but not long enough for me to get any details at all. Please help!!! =====…

We have checked out your Website and this is a Server Configuration Issue. Please make sure that the PHP file_get_contents Function is working fine on your Servers.

I'm not a programmer, just a designer who knows html. Is that something I need to contact the host and ask? how do I make sure the PHP file get contents function is working fine?

Yes! Since this is an issue with the Server Configurations, you will need to contact your Hosting Servers, you will need to contact your Web Hosting Provider to fix this issue.

To check if this function is working fine, you will need to setup a Blank PHP Page and simply add the following code to it:
