Forms not sending after move to live hosting

Question

Hey there, we can't get the forms to send after we moved this to the live Inmotion hosting. The forms send fine on the dev site - GoDaddy, and I'm using the exact same form.php file on the live site, but they just show the spinner and never send. I had inmotion support check the folder permissions but that didn't help. Can you take a look and see if you can help us get this fixed, please? I already tried using SMTP and that didn't work either. Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately, these issues are related to your Hosting Environment, not with the Canvas Codes. Also, there appears to be a PHP error: https://www.mclerandrilling.com/include/form.php . According to the error, we can guess that this issue is with an Older PHP version running on your Servers. Make sure that you are using the Latest Version of PHP (preferably more than PHP 5.6) to avoid these types of issues.

Thank you for the advice, it was the PHP version. They had it set to 5.3 so setting it to 7.3 fixed it. Thank you so much!
