forms not processing

Question

Is there anything else i need to configure, have confirmed phpmailer and smtp settings are correct with a phpmailer test script.

all forms i have tried just get stuck on the processing popup and don't go any further.

There appears to be some Server Configuration issue which might have been causing this as the Form Processing File: https://www.cairnsbudgetremovals.com.au/include/form.php is returning a Blank Page after submit. This requires us to check the issues using FTP. Please provide us with your FTP Details so that we can check this out and fix this for you. Thanks for your Patience.

Hello,

Thanks for the update. We have fixed the issue. The function mb_convert_case was causing the issue as the mb_string PHP Module is not installed on your Servers. We have used an alternate function and the issue is now resolved.
