Hello,
I have created a site where visitors can complete and send a questionnaire. This works perfectly when used on a PC (browser: Firefox) and tablet, where the pop-up is displayed that the message is sent and received. However if you try it on a mobile phone (Fair Phone: Android) the form is not sent and the message "Captcha not validated. Try again" is displayed.
Do you what I have done wrong and how can I repair it?

We have checked this out and it appears to be working perfectly fine for us. We have checked out 2 Android Devices and 1 iPhone and it has worked for us everytime without any reCaptcha issues.
Sometimes Browser Addons or VPNs might interfere since the Dynamic IPs may be cause the reCaptcha to invalidate but other than that there should be no issues as Canvas's Codes do not interfere with the reCaptcha APIs and submits the Site/Secret and Validation Keys as-is.
