The form.php Form to Email processor currently works like so (see attached screenshot):
FieldName1
FieldValue1
FieldName2
FieldValue2
FieldName3
FieldValue3
I need it to separate the field name and value like so:
FieldName1: FieldValue1
FieldName2: FieldValue2
FieldName3: FieldValue3

You can simply consider using the following code inside your `` Codes:
[ch_pre][/ch_pre]
