I made the changes as directed in the documentation.
I've configured the SMTP settings. When I contacted my host-provider, everything appears to be working.
My error logs aren't showing any errors.
When I submit the form, I get the success message. But I never receive the email with the information.
It's the "Get FREE Consultation" form midway down on the home page.

We have checked out your Form Processor and the SMTP is currently not working on your Website and sending this message on submission:
[ch_pre]SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/TroubleshootingSMTP server error: Failed to connect to server SMTP code: 111 Additional SMTP info: Connection refused"[/ch_pre]
This issue is related to your SMTP Ports or Authentication methods. Please consider contacting your Web Hosting Provider to know the correct Ports or Authentication Protocol. Then change the Ports/SMTPSecure Settings accordingly and this issue should be resolved.
