Form doesn't work (can't send)

Question

Hello.

I can't send a message using the form.
After I pushed a sending button, the page is stopping or loading and become timeout.

I've checked these points.
1:I read documents about Forms(http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/)
2:I checked out miss typing on form.php
3:I download canvas-package(contact-recaptcha.html using Package Generator) and retry.
Also contact-recaptcha.html page I uploaded my server doesn't work.
4:I checked php version on my server(XSERVER).It's PHP7.4.4

Please help me!!!

Hello,

We have just checked out your Website and the http://digging.xsrv.jp/test/include/form.php File throws an error. Please check and fix this.

Additionally, there are several JS related Errors on your Page which are a result of Custom JS Plugins being configured incorrectly. You can check the errors in your Browser's Developer Console.

Fixing these errors should automatically fix your issues. Hope this Helps!

I have fixed error on form.php and related JS Errors.
But still I can't send a message from my form.
