You can definitely provide us with FTP Access and we can look into this for you. However, we would recommend to first try setting up SMTP: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/#docs-snippet-php, as it is likely that your Server does not support PHP mail() Function. Simply use the SMTP Settings and let us know if you are facing further issues with this, so that we can look into this for you.

There appears to be an error with the SMTP Settings or the Server Configurations. We will need to take a deeper look into this. The Emails should deliver like this: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/images/intro/new/canvas-forms-processor.mp4 .

We have tested the Forms on your Website and it appears to be working fine for us (check attachment). You simply need to set the $toemail in the include/form.php File. Set it to the Email Address you want the Form Email to be delivered to. Check the Receiving Form Responses Section here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/#docs-snippet-php .
