fonts are not responsive (rtl)

Question

hi , I have problem with font size of the Menu in the header also in the divider as you can see in the pictures i attached, I didn't change the font size because I want it responsive and clear with any screen. Thank you and I really appreciated if you answer me as quickly as possible.
