hi! I can't get the font-icons to show up on my project.
I duplicated your demo file paths and still nothing. just the broken icon that comes up.
I've uploaded the fonts folder and everything, but I can't seem to figure out why they won't show. Hoping you might have an idea?

The project is no accessible publicly unfortunately for me to give you a link.

Hello,

Without a Live URL, we won't be able to provide you with an accurate answer to this, but this definitely appears to be an issue with the missing Font Files. You can check for the exact error related to this in your Browser's Developer Console or you can provide us with a Live URL whenever you are ready so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more accurate assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

If you can give me an IP address of where you are viewing from I can add it to the access list and you can see what I am facing.
I still cannot figure this out.

Hello,

This is what our IP Address is displaying right now.

Let us know if we can provide you with any further assistance.

I don't think that will work, it needs to be the old format 123.456.485.22 example.

is there a CDN I can use to import the font-icons instead of using the @font-face?

SSemicolon WebSTAFFNov 8, 2022

Hello,

Unfortunately, not. Additionally, the CDN also uses @font-face. Can you please provide us with a Screenshot of the Browser Console so we may be able to point you out the issues? Thanks for your Patience.

I think this is what you mean... does this help?

BbriercrestNov 8, 2022

yep, that is what it was. i have multiple sites sharing a single code base under different domains ... I turned on the Access Control for Cross Origin Resource Sharing and now the symbols show up!

Hello,

Glad the issue was resolved. Yes, currently, while using Direct Links on different websites, the website must be accessible by the referrer in order for the JS/CSS assets to load correctly.

Hope this Helps!
