Hi,
The content on my pages is different so the footer is showing in some of them.
Can I set a fixed page height without affecting responsiveness on smaller devices?

Hello,
Absolutely! You can consider adding .min-vh-100 Class to the #content Element, this will set a minimum of 100% Viewport Height on the Content. More Documentation on this is available here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/utility-classes/heights/ .
