Firefox will not load and/or has no background image loads on these pages:

http://www.jangrouptesting.com/abayortho/treatments.html
http://www.jangrouptesting.com/abayortho/contact.html
http://www.jangrouptesting.com/abayortho/orthodontics.html
http://www.jangrouptesting.com/abayortho/braces.html
http://www.jangrouptesting.com/abayortho/billing.html
http://www.jangrouptesting.com/abayortho/invisalign.html

The rest of the site is working properly and all other browsers are working fine on the entire site.

Below is the code with error:

<div class="section notopmargin" style="background: #FFF url('images/treatments.jpg') right center no-repeat / cover;">

OK, I appreciate the help and the tool to check validation. HOWEVER, this was your template and your code that I'm using. That means that it's your mistake and not mine.. can you help fix or is this just going to be a known error for Firefox?

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience!

The codes in the Default Templates are validated and error-free. The errors you see on your Website is due to your Customizations which we cannot control. Fixing these HTML errors should automatically fix the Firefox issue automatically.

Hope this Helps!

I would be happy with that answer if it was completely true, but it's not. I did figure out my issue after reviewing old code vs. new again (you could have just told me to add the "background-size:" before cover).

Other issues like the "|" character not being valid in the font CSS, is straight from your coding. How do you fix that error, for example?

Thanks!

Hello,

We are always here to help you with the issues and point you to the errors to make your Website look better and perform better on Search Engines without facing any issues on different browsers. But your Customizations are your responsibility and we can only provide Pointers to the possible Code errors as we are not in a position to check your entire code and it is also not covered by the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . Additionally, you can check your Page: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jangrouptesting.com%2Fabayortho%2Ftreatments.html where there are clearly issues with the Unclosed Tags and improper nested Tags which do not exist on the Default Codes/Files that comes with the Package. If you can find these errors on our files, we will fix them asap and release an Update!

Additionally the error with the "|" character in the Google Fonts CSS Linking has been directly taken from the Google Fonts Website: https://fonts.google.com/ and you can check that yourself by selecting 2 or more fonts. So you can ignore these and also some warnings with the iframe Tags. You should fix the errors related to Unclosed Tags, Duplicate IDs and incorrect nesting.

Hope this Helps!
