We have an older version of Canvas (package-html-3-1-1 zip) and when we try uploading a pdf file for the file upload function using IE11 in Window, there is an access denied javascript pop up that appears as attached. As long as we click ok, the file still uploads. There is no error using chrome or FF. Does the error has anything to do with the preview functionality for the uploader? if so, can we turn off the preview in IE? Please help.

You are seeing this error because Adobe Reader plugin cannot load. Just disable the PDF Preview and this issue should be resolved.
