Sorry about my previous post - I've tried to mark as resolved but it will not update.
I've searched through the documentation for the file upload page, from the Home > Shortcodes > File Upload menu, and I can't find anything.
I want to integrate an upload form to the homepage of my website, but using a number of components from the page.
At the moment, I'm using this code:

There is no 'upload' button that shows up, nor have I been able to identify the code to change the colour of the button (see upload).
Also, I've tried to add placeholder text but it doesn't show - am I unable to add placeholder text?
Can you please advise?
Another query is regarding the logo. There are two small, gray lines beneath the logo which shouldn't be there (see upload).
I've set the logo@2x size at 200px height, and the logo at 100px height, as per the documentation but the gray lines still show.
